The Belleville resto specializes in imaginative small plates, blending diverse flavors and international ingredients with ease. The menu rotates regularly, with recent suggestions including pollack ceviche with daikon and wakame, melt-in-your-mouth panisse “fries” with ginger mayonnaise, and smoked eel and crispy pig’s ear with apple sauce atop house made bread.
