Cindy quit her corporate job and moved to Paris to pursue her dream of becoming a pastry chef. After finishing her studies at ESCF-Ferrandi, she subsequently worked at several famed Parisian pastry shops including Un Dimanche à Paris, Fauchon, and Carette.
