These days, if you want to open up a beer bar, restaurant, or bottle shop, it’s in your best interest to find a niche or specialty that makes you stand out from the rest. The team behind Le Triangle had no problem making a space for themselves in Paris’ craft beer scene, as they simple pulled from their own particular passions – cooking, micro-brewing, and hospitality – to create one of the city’s few craft beer tap-houses.
