Last Wednesday was perfect weather in Paris (not a common occurrence) and I was having dinner with good friends. What better time to find a terrace to dine on and enjoy the setting sun and breeze? Unfortunately, despite the fact that it is mid-August, and rumor is that there is no one around, everywhere I called was fully booked. I wasn’t the only one with the novel idea of an outdoor dinner. So, where to go to enjoy the evening?
Well, just down the street from my Montmartre apartment, the local neighborhood pizza joint Da Carmine consistently churns out delicious pizzas non-stop from 18:30 to 23:30 Monday to Saturday. Continue Reading »
