Dilia/Erin Dahl
Dilia is one of those unassuming restaurants that you can return to again and again. Nestled on a small corner of rue d’Eupatoria, the neobistrot took over the former Simone Tondo-run Roseval space in 2015 and is hopefully there to stay.

Whether it’s the refined rustic décor or the 17€ prix fixe lunch steal that draws you in, the experience won’t disappoint. Tuscan chef Michele Farnesi is at the helm, after gracing the kitchens of Rino, Thoumieux, and Heimat. Every dish is a delight, but the kitchen has a particular mastery of fresh fish and pasta, delivering a delicate yet textured cuisine without fail.
Dilia
One visit is all is takes to be entirely infatuated with Dilia. What’s more, they have a sunny terrace space in the summer months and take online reservations.
