Located on the 9th floor of of the chic grand magasin, Perruche is a bar/restaurant with one of the best views in Paris. From the creators of Daroco, this brand new spot offers summer cocktails with a twist, as well as upscale barbecue fare.

2. The Shed at Hotel Grand Boulevards

From the team that brought you Experimental Cocktail Club, The Shed terrasse sits atop the Hôtel des Grands Boulevards. Offering a signature cocktails and rosé at just 8€ a glass, the Shed is set to be a favorite this August.

3. La Girafe at Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine

The creators of Palais du Tokyo’s Monsieur Bleu took over the rooftop space of La Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine to create La Girafe, a swanky restaurant with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower.

Le Perchoir de L’Est is back this year. The ephemeral rooftop bar is set atop the Gare de L’Est train station and is only open during the summer months. Order a planche and a bottle of wine for a hip apéro overlooking the city.

Le Bar à Bulles sits on the rooftop of La Machine du Moulin Rouge. A staircase in a hidden passage beside the historic Moulin Rouge building leads up to the space. Go for the hanging gardens and a lovely birds-eye view of Montmartre. Stay for the apéro friendly tapas or try their brunch on the weekend.
