In this installment of our Best of Gluten-Free in Paris series, we focus on a universal favorite: pizza. Sometimes, no matter what city you happen to be in, you just want a good pizza. Even if Paris isn’t famed for its pizzas, gluten-free eaters can rest assured that they have some great options for a slice if they’re craving melted cheese and fluffy crust.

Il Quadrifoglio is a centrally located restaurant that serves up heart shaped pizzas that can be made gluten free for a small additional charge.

If you’re looking for more than just pizza, there are plenty of gluten free Italian options in Paris. Little Nonna is an entirely gluten free Italian restaurant that has pasta and dessert options as well. The entire menu is made in house using organic ingredients and traditional Italian recipes.

Mimi Cave à Manger offers a gluten free menu of fresh pasta and homemade tiramisu. Manicaretti is another restaurant that uses alternative flours- rice, corn, buckwheat- to make gluten free homemade pasta and bread.

If you’re looking for a typical Italian dessert in gluten free form, head to Grom. This gelateria, which has several locations across Paris, serves up delicious gelato in gluten free cones.
