It is a word that isn’t French, does it speak to the locals? Why not boulangerie or are there conditions to being called a boulangerie? I am curious to know why so many new food places in Paris have English on their windows and shop signs.

This sounds like a great place. But what intrigues me is the word ‘bakery’.
Do you know why this word was chosen?

Haven in Paris

It’s a restaurant and bakery!
