What to do in Paris and Online in April

by Ali Postma

Spring is in full swing and it’s a beautiful time of year in Paris. Île-de-France is in its third lockdown, making events tricky. But we Parisians hold out hope that things will reopen in mid-May. With daylight savings and warmer weather on the horizon, our fingers are crossed! Here are some events, both in-person and online, still happening this April in Paris.

Divas: D’Oum Kalthoum à Dalida – Institut du Monde Arabe – April 7-July 26

This exhibition pays tribute to two of the 20th century’s greatest female artists of Arab music and cinema, Oum Kalthoum and Dalida. The exhibition celebrates both their history and contemporary heritage. It includes often-unpublished period photographs, extracts from films and legendary concerts, glamorous cinematographic posters, magnificent stage dresses, personal items, and rare interviews.

One comment on “What to do in Paris and Online in April

There do not appear to be specific times for the Women of Paris tours? I am interested in booking the Literary Left Bank, but need to know when it would be because of the time difference. I am in the US on the east coast. Thanks.
