When the occasional homesickness hits, American comfort food is often my remedy of choice. And no one does soul food quite like pint-sized Gumbo Yaya.
Lionel leads the self-proclaimed Southern Kitchen and he learned how to cook from the best: his Atlanta-native aunts.
The menu is succinct, but features all the favorites: fried chicken breaded to perfection, indulgent chicken and waffles, mac & cheese, cornbread, and more. The perfect cure to the occasional American-in-Paris blues!
Gumbo Yaya – 3 Rue Charles Robin, 75010 Paris.
