Best of Gluten-Free in Paris: Organic and GF

by Emily Dilling

In this installment of our Best of Gluten-Free and organic in Paris series, we bring you our favorite restaurants and cafés that take things a step further and also use certified-organic ingredients. These healthy spots not only cater to special diets, they also make sure to employ the highest-quality ingredients available, which often happen to be seasonal and locally sourced too.

Though not every gluten-free bakery or vegetarian restaurant you find in Paris will use organic ingredients, many of the best restaurants, bakeries, and cafés are proud to do so. Here are a few spots where you’re sure to find a good gluten-free, bio meal in Paris.

Biosphère Café

Biosphère Café is one of the city’s first organic and gluten-free restaurants. The Ladurée- and Angelina-trained pastry chef takes her experience in classic French pâtisserie and applies it to gluten-free. The restaurant proposes galettes, corn flour-based homemade pasta, and salads—all made using organic ingredients.
