The New Year is upon us! We know we’re not alone in making resolutions, especially when it comes to eating more healthily. And that’s why we want to start the year by sharing our favorite restaurants and cafés that are both gluten-free and vegan. While not every gluten-free address in Paris is vegan, the two often go hand-in-hand. The following spots bring gluten-free and vegan cuisine together in a way that seems totally natural and tastes delicious, too – the perfect start to the year!

For a long time it seemed like vegans in Paris had a lot in common with gluten-free diners in that there were only a few places where they could eat out in the city. Now both groups have a wide array of choices, often times together in the same place! Here are a few excellent options for eating both vegan and gluten-free in Paris.

Gluten-free and vegan dining often go hand-in-hand, so it’s not surprising that several spots in Paris combine the two. Yem’a has a plant based bowl menu, from morning granola to curries and elaborate guacamoles for lunch. Apéti is a local favorite lunch spot that caters to vegans but is sure to please those of all dietary persuasions with its seasonal, organic menu.

Maisie Café is a centrally located and bursting with good vibes, the bright interior brings sun into even the greyest Paris day and the healthy nourishing vegan food will put a spring in your step. Wild and the Moon, which is known as a fresh pressed juice bar, proposes an exciting menu of vegan and gluten free salads and other lunch options. For a delish vegan dessert, head to VG Pâtisserie where vegan and gluten-free pastries shine— you won’t want to miss
