Went to the Dégust’Émoi class. Fantastic. Thanks for the reference. Christophe, who led the class saw my name and said he could do it in English, but I said no, French was fine. He spoke very quickly but extremely clearly and was a pleasure to listen to in French.

Great to hear, Wendy – I think you’ll enjoy it (plus the upstairs bar space is sweet – so good for a glass before or after class.) 🙂

I’ll be spending the month of May in Paris so I iust registered for the Level One course at Dégust’Émoi (I speak French). Thanks for the information. I can’t wait!
